Shipping Policy

  • Art and products purchased through the Cassie Holmes Art website will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.

  • A purchase is not considered complete until you have received confirmation of your order via email from Cassie Holmes Art.

  • Cassie Holmes Art will pack each item accordingly for shipping, dependant on size, weight and fragility.

  • Packaging and sending of your purchase will take approximately 3-5 working days.

  • Shipping costs within Australia is free.

  • To obtain a shipping quote for outside of Australia, contact Cassie Holmes Art through the Contact page (see below). For original artwork to be sent overseas, the canvas will be removed from the frame and sent in a tube to minimise shipping costs to you.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with the tracking number and/or any relevant shipping details.

  • Received orders may not be altered or cancelled without written confirmation from Cassie Holmes Art. If Cassie Holmes Art agrees to alter or cancel an order, you, the client, must pay any costs and expenses incurred by Cassie Holmes Art in connection with the alteration or cancellation.

  • Cassie Holmes Art reserves the right to request further information from you for verification of your order.

  • Cassie Holmes Art uses Australia Post or courier, depending on each item and delivery location.

  • You, the client, will be responsible for any import requirements, restrictions, licences, duties, taxes or government charges that may apply if shipping outside of Australia.

  • As delivery is done by an external party, Cassie Holmes Art cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged in transit.

  • Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If the incorrect address is provided, any additional charges will be at the client’s expense.
